Phil Noto es un artista de Cómic Norteamericano. Ha trabajado con el escritor Gerry Drugan en la serie ‘The Infinite Horizon’, que ha sido publicado por Image Comics desde 2007. Ha realizado ilustraciones para títulos varios como ‘Grendel’, ‘Birds of Prey’, ‘Harley Quinn’ y ‘Jonah Hex’. Realizó la edición del 2006 ‘G.I. Joe: Scarlett: Declassified’ para Devil’s Due Publishing y la serie ‘Beautiful Killer’ para Black Bull Comics. En el 2009 ilustró la miniseries ‘Superman/Supergirl: Maelstrom’, así como Avengers: Origins y Batgirl.
